our story

My journey began in Brescia, in northern Italy — a beautiful Roman city nestled between Milan and Venice, not far from Lake Garda.

I spent all my school years in this wonderful region, where my love for cooking blossomed early on, especially when it came to pasta and traditional first courses. Every Sunday, my family would gather for a classic long lunch — a sacred tradition filled with flavours, laughter, and shared recipes.

From an early age, I was passionate about learning the culinary secrets of Italy. With the guidance of my mother and grandmother, I began blending the different italian regions's recipes, creating my own fusion of traditions.

After gaining experience in well-known restaurants around Lake Garda — a favourite destination for European travellers, renowned for its breathtaking hospitality — I met my husband, a fellow chef. Together, we moved to Germany, near Frankfurt am Main, where he owned several restaurants.

For seven years, we offered our take on modern Italian cuisine — refined and personalised, almost fine dining — along with event and corporate catering, supported by a strong network of partners and collaborators.

After the birth of our daughter, we embraced a new chapter and moved to Sydney, where we have been living for almost three years now.

Once I completed maternity leave, I recently launched my own catering business, supported by my husband and another 2 chefs friends of us, with ages of experience in hospitality in italy and australia as well.

Our combined experience and access to premium Italian ingredients allow us to recreate the genuine, authentic flavours of traditional Italian cuisine.

We’re proud to offer custom menus, thoughtfully balanced thanks to our partnership with a certified nutritionist who ensures each dish meets ideal nutritional values.
