Beverages: Returns and Exchanges Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    Returns are only permissible for damaged or incorrect items that were packaged by factory manufacturing at the Origin.

  2. Exchanges
    Returned items may only be exchanged for:

    • Incorrect items: the correct items.

    • Damaged items: replacement items of the same or, if not available, as close as possible to the originally ordered item.

  3. Health and Safety Restrictions
    For health and safety reasons, Fiorentini est.1980 Italian Catering PTY LTD does not permit returns of in-house pre-mixed cocktails or and drink that have not been manufacturer factory sealed.

  4. Change of Mind
    Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not permissible if you have changed your mind.

  5. Return Condition
    Returns are only permitted for unopened and undamaged beverages. Items must be returned in the same condition and packaging in which they were received. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not permissible for damage or missing parts not due to our error.

  6. Return Request Timeframe
    Requests for returns must be notified to us within 36 hours of receipt of your delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges if more than 36 hours have elapsed since receipt of your purchase.

  7. Proof of Purchase
    To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once received and verified, we will inform you of the next steps.

  8. Return and Exchange Requests

    • For Returns: Please email your return request to fiorentinicatering@icloud.com within 36 hours of receiving your order.

    • For Exchanges: Approved exchanges will be processed as soon as possible, with exchanged goods processed within 7 days. If there is an expected delay, we will notify you.

  9. Refunds
    For information regarding refunds, please refer to the section below.

Refunds

Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not permissible if you have changed your mind.

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email to confirm receipt and to advise on the next steps. You will also be informed whether your return has been approved or rejected for a refund or exchange.

Approved Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit for the purchase price of the specific item will be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card), typically within 30 days.

Approved Exchanges

If your exchange is approved, we will aim to deliver your replacement item(s) within 14 days. If any delay is anticipated, we will notify you.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your approved refund within 30 days:

  1. Check your bank account again to ensure the credit hasn’t been posted.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before the refund officially appears.

  3. Contact your bank—processing times can vary between financial institutions.
